Have you woken up this past week with a pit in your stomach?

Like... what the heck is going on? Has everything felt just a little off?

Maybe you've been restless, emotional, questioning everything, or carrying this strange feeling that something is shifting, even if you can't quite explain it.

Same.

I don't normally struggle with anxiety, but this week has been a doozy. It felt like something was brewing beneath the surface, so naturally I did what I always do — I went digging. 🤓 And let me tell you... I have the receipts.

So grab a tea (or coffee... no judgment ☕), get cozy, because I have a feeling this is going to make a whole lot of sense.

Here's the thing. Not every moment in history carries the same energetic signature. Some weeks are just ordinary weeks, and then there are weeks like this one coming up. The kind where it feels like time slows down, the old version of your life suddenly feels too small, and something deep inside keeps whispering, "You can't keep doing things the way you've always done them."

I honestly believe we're standing in one of those moments right now.

Between July 19 and July 25, we're moving through one of the rarest planetary alignments of our lifetime. Astrologers call it the Barbault Basket, named after French astrologer André Barbault. During this brief window, the four outer planets—Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto—are all sitting at approximately 4 degrees in their respective signs, creating an incredibly rare geometric pattern in the sky. Alignments like this don't happen often. In fact, comparable formations occur only at very long intervals, which is one of the reasons so many astrologers are paying attention.

Now, if you're sitting there thinking, "Okay... but what does that have to do with me?"—fair question.

I don't believe the Universe speaks through coincidence. I believe it speaks through symbols, synchronicities, and seasons. I don't see this alignment as something that's happening to us. I see it as an invitation. An invitation to remember who we really are, to release the identities we've outgrown, and to stop carrying stories that no longer belong to us. Maybe this isn't the week to become someone new. Maybe it's the week you finally remember who you've been all along.

And then there's Chiron, the Wounded Healer, now in Taurus, adding another beautiful layer to this story. If you've found yourself revisiting old wounds around self-worth, security, abundance, or feeling truly safe in your own life, you're not alone. Chiron reminds us that our deepest wounds often become the doorway to our greatest wisdom. So... What Is the Universe Actually Trying to Tell Us?

Here's something I love about astrology (I am not an astrologer by the way... I just love it) — it isn't about predicting your future or saying, "This is definitely going to happen." It's more like the Universe handing us a giant metaphor and saying, "Hey... you might want to pay attention to this."📢

Every planet represents a different part of our collective evolution, and right now they're all telling a really beautiful story.

Jupiter in Leo is basically saying, "Girl... it's time to stop playing small." Stop dimming your light to make other people comfortable. Stop hiding your gifts because you're worried what someone might think. This is your reminder to create from your heart instead of your fear. Take up the space your soul came here to occupy.

Then we've got Uranus in Gemini, and honestly? She's the friend who flips the table and says, "Have you thought about looking at it differently?" Uranus loves breakthroughs, unexpected opportunities, and those lightbulb moments that completely change your perspective. The answer you've been searching for might not come from working harder. It might come from one conversation, one inspired idea, one book, or one decision that shifts everything.

Next is Neptune in Aries, and I don't know about you, but this one feels like the Universe gently taking us by the shoulders and saying, "Sweetheart... stop waiting for permission." Stop waiting for someone to validate your dream, tell you you're ready, or give you the green light. Your intuition has been trying to get your attention for a while now. Maybe it's time to trust it.

And then there's Pluto in Aquarius. Ohhh, Pluto doesn't do small change. Pluto tears down everything that's no longer aligned so something stronger can be built in its place. We're watching old systems crack, outdated beliefs being questioned, and entire ways of living begin to shift. It can feel uncomfortable, but here's what I keep coming back to: the world changes because we change. As within, so without. Every time one of us chooses healing over fear, love over control, and truth over conditioning, we contribute to the collective.

When you step back and look at the bigger picture, it's actually pretty incredible. These planetary energies are all pointing in the same direction—toward expansion, breakthrough, vision, innovation, and transformation.

Not because the planets are controlling us.

But because they're reflecting what's possible when we're willing to evolve.

The Seeds Were Already Planted

Now here's where it gets really interesting...

Just before this rare alignment, we had the New Moon in Cancer.

And Cancer doesn't rush. Cancer asks us to come home to ourselves. To slow down. To nourish what truly matters instead of constantly proving ourselves to everyone else. It asks us to stop living from survival mode and start living from emotional truth. The divine feminine energy is asking you to SLOW THE F* DOWN!!!!!!

I believe in sovereignty instead of seeking everyone else's damn permission.

And maybe... Just maybe... That new world doesn't begin with governments, institutions, or someone else changing first.

Maybe it begins the moment you choose differently.
