Are You Actually Growing, or Just Repeating the Same Patterns?

Are you truly growing or repeating old patterns? Explore November’s 3 energy and how to shift from repetition to expansion.

What if the very thing you believe is your next chapter is actually your last chapter wearing a different outfit?

Ouch! That one might sting a little, but I want to get real with you. πŸ˜‰

We've just moved through an energetic period that invited us to look at something important, and I have to say I see people who are stuck in the same patterns.

Are we consciously expanding, or are we unconsciously repeating those patterns?

Because here's the thing about personal growth. Just because something looks different doesn't mean you've changed.

>>You can leave a relationship and attract the same emotional patterns with someone new.

>>You can change careers and still experience the same frustration or lack of fulfillment.

>>You can set boundaries but continue feeling guilty for having them.

>>You can spend years learning about spirituality, healing, and personal development, yet still respond to life through the same fears and beliefs.

Sometimes what we call growth is simply an old pattern showing up in a new way.

And this is where November's energy gets interesting!

November's 3 Energy: Are you Living Empowered or Disempowered?

In numerology, November carries a 3 Universal Month energy in 2026.

The 3 is a mental number connected to communication, creativity, self-expression, and truth. But like every number, it has both empowered and disempowered expressions.

And depending on our level of self-awareness, we can experience both.

The Empowered 3: Expansion

When we're expressing the empowered side of the 3, we become curious.

  • We question our thoughts instead of automatically believing them.

  • We listen to understand rather than listening to respond.

  • We express ourselves without needing everyone to agree.

  • We recognize that our perspective is shaped by our experiences, beliefs, and conditioning.

And perhaps most importantly, we're willing to admit when we're wrong. Because truth isn't something we need to defend at all costs. It's something we can continue exploring.

The Disempowered 3: Repetition

Now, here's where things can get uncomfortable.

The disempowered 3 can become caught in overthinking, judgment, gossip, criticism, and emotional reactions.

  • It can mistake opinions for facts.

  • It can become so attached to being right that it stops being curious.

  • It can tell the same story over and over, reinforcing the belief that everyone else is the problem.

And it can spend so much time talking about change that it never actually takes action. Sound familiar?

Sometimes the biggest thing keeping us stuck isn't what's happening around us. It's the story we keep telling ourselves about it.

Your Truth Isn't Always the Whole Truth

This is one of the greatest lessons I believe the 3 energy can bring to our awareness.

We all see life through our own lens.πŸ₯Έ

Our childhood experiences, relationships, fears, beliefs, and emotional wounds influence how we interpret the world.

Two people can experience the exact same situation and walk away with completely different stories. And both can genuinely believe they're right.

But believing something strongly doesn't automatically make it true.

This is where emotional intelligence becomes so important in the conversation. It asks us to become aware of the difference between what happened and what we believe happened.

It asks us to distinguish between our feelings and the facts, intuition and fear, and expressing our truth and projecting our pain.

Expansion begins when we become willing to question our own thinking.

Not just everyone else's.

Awareness Isn't the Same as Transformation

You can know you're a people-pleaser and still abandon yourself to keep the peace. You can understand your childhood conditioning and still allow it to influence your adult relationships, and you can know you deserve better and continue choosing what feels familiar.

Awareness is the beginning, but expansion requires action.

And sometimes that action is as simple as pausing before responding.

>>Instead of saying, "They're making me feel this way," ask yourself, "What is being activated within me?"

>>Instead of saying, "This always happens to me," ask, "What pattern might I be participating in?"

>>Instead of saying, "I know I'm right," ask, "Is there something I haven't considered?"

These small shifts can change how we experience our lives.

November Is an Invitation to Become Conscious of Your Mind

The 3 energy can be playful, expressive, creative, and full of possibility.

But when we're disconnected from ourselves, that same energy can feel scattered, anxious, reactive, and overwhelming.

Our minds can become busy trying to make sense of everything happening around us. And when we're overwhelmed, it's easy to fall back into familiar patterns.

This is why slowing down matters.

It's also where my SAFE Method can support you.

S β€” Stop: Pause before reacting.

A β€” Acknowledge: Notice the story you're telling yourself.

F β€” Feel: Become aware of what's happening emotionally and physically.

E β€” Evaluate and Empower: Ask yourself what is true, what may be an assumption, and how you want to respond.

Because not every thought deserves your attention. 🚫 Not every emotion requires immediate action. 🚫 And not every opinion needs to become an argument.🚫

Sometimes your greatest expansion happens when you choose not to repeat an old reaction.

So, Are You Expanding or Repeating?

As we move through November, I invite you to pay attention to your thoughts, conversations, and emotional responses.

  • Are you speaking to connect or to prove a point?

  • Are you listening with curiosity or waiting for your turn to be right?

  • Are you taking responsibility for your growth or continuing to blame your circumstances?

  • Are you open to learning something new, or are you looking for more evidence to support what you already believe?

And perhaps the most important question:

  • Are you actually changing your patterns, or have you just learned how to explain them better?

Because knowing why you do something doesn't automatically mean you've stopped doing it, and being spiritually aware doesn't mean you're always emotionally mature.

True expansion asks us to take what we've learned and live it.

Your Next Chapter Requires a Different Level of Awareness

I believe the energy of November is inviting us to become more conscious of what we're creating through our thoughts, words, and actions.

Not because the number 3 determines our choices, but because we can use its symbolism as a mirror for our own growth.

The empowered 3 invites curiosity, creativity, honest communication, and self-expression.

The disempowered 3 reminds us what happens when we allow judgment, fear, and old stories to lead. And we get to choose which qualities we practise.

You don't need to become someone new... you need to become aware of the parts of yourself that are still operating from old beliefs.

And then have the courage to choose differently.πŸ’₯🎀

Because expansion isn't about how much you know. It's about how differently you live because of what you've learned.

So here's my question for you this November:

Are you expanding your consciousness, or simply repeating your conditioning with a new story? πŸ˜‰

If you're ready to stop repeating the same patterns, maybe it's time to look a little deeper.

Not at what's happening around you, but at what's happening within you.

You can't change what you're not willing to see.

Through my Soul Codes & Clarity Sessions, I help you uncover the patterns, beliefs, and conditioning that may be keeping you stuck, so you can move forward with greater awareness, confidence, and self-trust.

Ready to stop repeating and start expanding?

Let's explore what your Soul Codes have to reveal. πŸ’œ
