Right now, we are in a strange, thin space between two very different worlds.

We’ve just crossed the Cross-Quarter point—the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. This places us in a liminal space, a threshold moment where the old has not fully dissolved and the new has not yet fully formed.

In the Northern Hemisphere, this is the time of quickening.
Life force is beginning to stir deep within the earth—even if the landscape still appears frozen and still.

This is the season of Emergence, Revelation, and Release.

And it is no coincidence that we are moving through this liminal moment during a 7 of Hearts week, alongside major planetary shifts between February 8–14, 2026, and a potent 3♠️ / 3 / 3 energy day (Feb 9, 2025).

Together, these energies mark a collective turning point.

A Week of Inner Truth and Emotional Honesty (7❤️)

The 7 of Hearts governs emotional truth, inner alignment, and soul-level honesty.

This is not an energy that asks us to rush forward... it asks us to listen inward.

The 7❤️ gently, but firmly reveals where we’ve been living out of habit, obligation, or emotional self-abandonment. It brings awareness to the identities, roles, and attachments that once kept us safe but now quietly limit our expansion.

At the same time, we are in the final days of the Lunar Year of the Wood Snake.

The Snake’s final gift is profound: the wisdom of shedding skin.

Old stories.
Outdated beliefs.
Inherited emotional patterns.
Collective traumas and narratives.

All of it is surfacing—not to overwhelm us, but to be healed, cleared, and transcended.

Witnessing vs. Embodying

It’s tempting to stare at what is surfacing.

Your greatest service—to the collective and to your own soul—is to remain centered in the seat of the Observer.

To witness without absorbing.
To feel without collapsing.
To hold the field of Love while old structures complete their unraveling.

This is emotional mastery.
This is 7❤️ leadership.

The 3♠️ / 3 / 3 Energy Day: Conscious Expression & Choice

Layered into this week, we are also moving through a 3♠️ / 3 / 3 energy day—a powerful amplification of mind, communication, and creation.

The number 3 governs expression, meaning-making, and the stories we tell ourselves. When tripled, it magnifies our relationship with thought, language, and narrative.

The 3 of Spades specifically brings awareness to mental patterns:

• The inner dialogue we repeat

• The stories rooted in fear or survival

• The beliefs inherited from the past rather than chosen consciously

On a day like this, the invitation is not to suppress what’s arising—but to choose your relationship with it.

This is where reaction and response diverge.

Reaction pulls us back into old loops.
Response allows us to rewrite the story from a higher vantage point.

• What narratives want to reclaim your energy

…without identifying as them.

The question this day asks is simple, but profound: What story am I reinforcing with my words, thoughts, and attention?
